OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Meydan Freezone, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Exceptions to arbitration:

  • Claims for injunctive or equitable relief

  • Disputes involving intellectual property rights

  • Small claims court matters (where applicable)

 

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

 

Modifications to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site. Material changes will be communicated via:

Force Majeure

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive termination of these Terms.
